Omg I went into American Freight and was instantly greeted by Bryce he knew the products and instantly stopped what he was doing to help me and my husband. Might I say this was during lunch time he was amazing and offered beyond the custome service experience. I usually don’t give reviews but I had to give a shout out to this amazing young man that gave the above and beyond customer service experience thanks Bryce you rock.

Bought sofa today for one they hit our truck right infront of us with the sofa, then they broke the leg of sofa and didn't so anything to try to replace the broken part or fix it. Then they almost forgot our ottoman the guy was trying to gas light me into believing it was in the truck already when it was clearly not then he brought the right ottoman and just threw some random legs in there with random parts that aren't even for this ottoman the picture is for a chair the screws don't even make sense smhUPDATE: MY OTTOMAN BROKE AFTER LESS THAN 12 HRS OF HAVING IT WOOD PLANKS SNAPPED INSIDE WHICH MAKES SENSE BECAUSE THE WOOD PLANKS THAT HOLD THE STRUCTURE ARE ONLY AN INCH BY AN INCH THICK!!!

Masugbeh was extremely helpful and great to work with. I didn’t realize that the clearance items were at another location and she found a bed within my price point. I appreciate how patient and thorough she was with us.

Ordered furniture 6 weeks ago. 2 items in stock and 1 item had to be ordered. I was told worst case 2-4 weeks but it should be sooner. I have still received nothing. Now they say they cannot give an ETA and will not make any phone calls to try and get one. I asked to have the in stock items delivered and was told they weren't sure they had them any longer and would call back. Never got a call back. Was told they didn't do refunds. Total scam artist. I have received no products and now they are dodging my calls.
