I'm a rideshare driver who was referred to Aleman's auto by a rider. My ride was a bit shaky and I was told my alignment was off. I know I needed it fixed. So my procrastinating self took a little time to read some reviews. I liked what I read. Drove in this morning at about 8:30. Alvin was more than happy to check over my ride. He specializes in diagnosis. He found time immediately to help me out. We went for a test drive where he explained to me in detail what the problem is and how it may have happened, and that he'll need to take a closer look when we get back to the shop.Turns out the struts i bought last year at Belle tire were faulty and i had been driving around for some time with broken struts. Now i did know that I needed new shocks also so we planned on fixing those today along with the brake rotors and pads. After quoting me a decent package deal for the struts, shocks, brakes, alignment and wheel balance. I had to turn down the work on the struts and the alignment. I had a lifetime warranty on the struts from Belle tire so i headed there. I promised i would be back once they fixed them.Belle tire did their inspection and I got an estimate from them that has exactly what Alvin told me was wrong with my vehicle. Not that i didn't believe him from the beginning. I put a lot of faith in the reviews that praised this man for his honesty and he didn't disappoint. He's very respectful with the way he confidently tells you the truth about what you need done.
I got the struts replaced and an alignment at Belle tire and got my butt back to Aleman's. Alvin and i then again discussed what he was going to do. He was very patient with me (i hadn't slept yet, i work late at night so i was a bit sleepy), it stood out to me that he takes great pride in his diagnosis, work that he clearly loves, and the amazing men and woman he works beside. I still need a few things worked on but after almost 2 hours of them working on my car she was running so smooth. My steering wheel and everything else no longer shakes. She maybe rides smoother than when i got her a year ago. Aleman's also saved me at least $200 in cost compared to Belle tire. I love the family owned local businesses and will definitely be back. I highly recommend.

This is the best place I've ever taken my car! The owner is amazing he showed me exactly what was going on with my car as well as walk me through exactly what was happening. He also presented me with options but didn't pressure me in any way. I won't ever go anywhere else!

Called last minute to see if they could squeeze me in to reattach my splash shield and they totally did! Barely charged me for that, AND talked me through different options for a couple other repairs. Everyone was patient and kind, and didn't make me feel like an idiot.

Absolutely wonderful. Obviously I was having issues with my car which is why I came here. Office staff was great and they told me exactly what was going on with my car before they did any repairs. Got everything taken care of. It took less time than I expected to get the repairs finished on my vehicle and pricing was very reasonable. I think this is going to be my go-to mechanic from now on. I have no complaints

Thought I found a new trustworthy and great working auto shop. Not the case. Sat and waited and waited. Before I left had to go back in so they could change my settings back like they were. Week into the repair noticed my tires were swapped out. Be careful. Only took me twice to learn a costly mistake. Stay away.
