Feilany helped me find the perfect shoes I needed on short notice and even convinced me to add some polish for my shoes. It all came out to be less than I was expecting because of a deal they had which she informed me of. I was very appreciative of her help in my search on my visit. I really like my shoes, and my shoe polish was a much needed add on.

I recently went to ALDO for the first time to pick out some new shoes and the first worker to greet me was Alondra. It was a pleasure for me to meet her she was very sweet and guided me to pick out one of the comfiest shoes I have worn in a long time. This is my new favorite place at the mall and I will be going back thanks to Alondras amazing customer service!!

It was my first time visiting the store and I had a great experience, a worker named Alondra helped me. They were friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to others!

I came into this store for the first time and I was amazed. The staff was super helpful. There was this girl I think her name was Nelly or Nallely. She was super sweet and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

I purchased two pairs of shoes online. Neither fit correctly. I went online to initiate the return. Per Aldo’s website there are two options for returns: A. Pay to ship it back or B. bring it to a physical location. I live 40 minutes from the nearest physical location, but scheduled some other errands to stop in and return the shoes. I get to the store and the employ states “their computer system will only allow the return of one shoe” and my options are “ship the second pair of shoes or come back to the store a different day.” They can’t tell me why it isn’t working. They make no effort to correct the issue. I ask why I would have to come back to the store a different day when I’m already there to return the items. No answers. I ask if I’ll have to pay to ship the second pair of shoes. The employee doesn’t know. I leave the store and call customer service. They email me a label to send the second pair of shoes back but inform me I have to drive to FedEx to drop it off. I then have to monitor the shipment. Once the shipment is delivered I then have to call them back to be issued a refund. Lucky for me I live 30 minutes from the closest FedEx…and my tracking number is saying it won’t be delivered until 02/25…Aldo absolutely has the worst customer service. I haven’t ever purchased from this company, this was the first time, but I absolutely will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future. I suggest going somewhere else if you want cheaply made shoes.
