The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for.i was so pleased with the service I received from this Aldo Ely the manager went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shoe she is the best I was very impressed with the quality of the shoe I got. Wanted to write this review as an appreciation since I really didn't know what I was looking for. I started my new job assignment and wanted to shop for shoes both comfortable and stylish. The store manager and her employees have helped me tremendously, she is able to give me advice of what shoe would look best with work pants and/or jeans. I'm walking comfortably and in style now.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Aldo store and had the opportunity to interact with the store manager. I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The store manager, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was not only incredibly nice but also incredibly helpful throughout my visit.
From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. The store manager took the time to understand my preferences and needs, and she went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the products and her ability to provide insightful recommendations made my shopping experience a breeze.
What impressed me the most about the store manager was her genuine enthusiasm and passion for her job. It was evident that she genuinely cared about creating a positive experience for her customers. She patiently answered all of my questions and provided me with valuable information about the products I was interested in. Her friendly demeanor and approachable nature made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and earings. The earings came in damaged and a purse was sent instead of shoes. Customer service hangs up on me when I try to return the order. Stay away.
