Female cashier was on her phone on speaker phone the entire time I was in the store. Person she was speaking to was throwing out cuss words. Not very pleasant for customers to hear. An employer should NEVER be on a personal phone call while on the job. Leaves a horrible image for the business.No greetings of “hi, how are you today.” Or “welcome to Ago.” More stifled grumbles of employees who have to work but don’t want to. 2nd female cashier was rude after I inquired “if she was afraid of my service animal.”To the GM - I would expect better from AGO. Consider cleaning house.

Went to buy a vape. I cited the store opened up the vape. Tried to hit it and it was defective. Not even a minute later I walked back in and said it doesn’t work and they couldn’t exchange it. They scammed me out of 40 dollars

Very VERY rude cashier , not the first time I have had an encounter with her..( how about a HI?) I was treated poorly both times. Starting to feel like it because of my stature.?Other customers weren't being treated snappy and rude. Maybe management should watch video on her performance.

The WORST gas station I've been too. Multiple times the pumps did not work and the one that did work trickled fuel. If you want to waste your time then this is the place for you.

The customer service is great and they treat us regulars like family !!! The management has improved this little convenient gas station thats located right off the high way and next to local shopping centers. The pumps are plentiful and easy to get in and out !!!

Don‘t waste your time there people are nice but service anywhere is horrible machines don’t always read card go to better places like meijer or any store with a good pump or better yet people i beg you save our earth stop using gas go electric help elon musk out please people I own a tesla very very good cars don’t fear Running out of Batterie gas stations are getting them

Walked in and the clerk was walking around the store without a mask and then when she was checking me out she coughed on her hand and then gave me my change. I will never go back

Check reviews. Whatever it's a drive thru wash and I have an old car. One commented that they will sell you a wash but when she went thru to wash car the wash was out of service. Just to let you know, Still out of service!!! My bad for thinking it might have been repaired from 8 months ago!

Worst gas station ever. the manager likes to victim shame as well as discriminate against the mentally disabled. They dont train their employees right. The lottery machine is always down. The bathroom always closed at night.

This gas station is opposite the mall and in front of a hotel building. There were quite a few people on foot here, so I would recommend watching your surroundings even more than usual. The station is convenient off I-96 and has covered pumps. The receipt printer worked fine and the trash bins were being serviced while I watched the fuel flow into my car. I did not check out the small convenience station. The station is A-OK. [Review 11195 overall, 970 of 2019.]

DO NOT VISIT. DO NOT TRUST. They try to sell car washes for a car wash that is usually down. Happy to take your money for a service they can't provide. They are listed on several websites for carrying items such as 'TracPhone' card refills. However, they don't carry these items. They are just getting people to stop by hoping they will buy something else. The candy has contests for the SuperBowl. LAST YEARS. I just go there for the gas but not any more! I spent $3,000 rebuilding the engine and exhaust on my car this fall. Mechanic told me: this was all the result of bad fuel. I go to a pump and -try- to pump fuel. It barely puts anything out. I go to the next pump and try that one, it won't even engage... The pump filters are so plugged up they can't dispense fuel any more. Those are supposed to be replaced monthly. They can't even sell you good fuel!
