I’ve been here and I think it’s hilarious they call it the affordable I store, everything here is way over priced, always look online when grabbing iMacs and laptops, you can easily grab newer iMacs for $200 or less, grabbed a 2017 iMac for $160 refurbished, before you get scammed out of money do more research

I came in to the store on my sister's recommendation (she listens to them talk tech on the Justin Barclay's radio show) and I was given great service in restoring a good portion of my lost photos from Windows. They gave me great advice all the way thru and were very thorough in their forensic scanning of my photos on my hard drive. The staff are smart, patient and kind.

We recently updated our daughter's IPhone. We wanted to make sure everything transferred correctly to her new phone so we brought it to the affordable iStore so they could do the transfer for us. I'm glad we did because it was not easy. Joel was patient and professional and I am so grateful for his help. When the usual transfer application failed, he went above and beyond to figure out a way of getting all of my daughter's data transferred, and was even successful in recovering some applications she thought she had lost. I cannot thank him enough! Their store is easy to find, clean and well laid out. In addition to the repair services they offer previously owned and refurbished Apple products for purchase. I will certainly turn to them first for any future issues we might have.

Trent and his team were able to recover data on my water damaged macbook. Though the damage was expensive, the repair was much less than the estimate. Repair time was just under 6 weeks.Just make sure to call for updates if you don't hear back by the specified date.
