I looked up my account online because I wanted to see if they paid for my mamogram just a couple weeks ago. I found out suddenly that I have NO ACCOUNT! They CLOSED IT! BUT THEY ARE STILL TAKING MONEY OUT FROM ME!

I would give 0 stars if I could, coming from a healthcare professional who works with billing and authorizations, worst company ever to deal with, they do not want to cover anything, extremely horrible customer service, rude, and they have no idea what they are doing, every single person you speak to tells you something completely different, advise your loved ones to not choose this as their insurance

Unreal outrageous payment bec. They will not pay anything when you happen to go to out of network. We already pay more than $400 and that is just me in the family of 5 . They pay 0 no matter what reason you tell them why you went to certain doctor .

Make sure you know your plan inside and out and be prepared to appeal every single claim!They deny every claim saying it is not something that is covered when it states very clearly in my policy that it is covered. When you call to speak to a representative they are impossible to understand because of background noise and the inability to speak clear English.

These people are uneducated, had surgery done from the Dr. who was three hours to see he expects cash up front $2250 later after being told by a couple different reps that we would be reimbursed 80 percent and now are being told that the Dr. Is not in network alot of story telling over the phone RIDICULOUS.

We were told my colonoscopy would be covered because it was a "preventative procedure". Now I'm up to my eyeballs in debt for an elective procedure I would have never had if I knew it was out of pocket. They played games so long I finally had to setup a payment plan with Spectrum Health or be sent to collections. Scumbags

Terrible, unethical insurance company. They do not cover standard practices they say they cover in your policy, and should be investigated by every government agency available for fraud. Worthless, biased appeal process that only has a goal of further denying your claim. If you’re thinking about children, get another insurance company first because you will pay out of pocket for literally everything. Don’t waste your money, you’re better off not having any insurance.
