I brought my car to Abra for repairs after an incident with a stone pillar while backing up. Once the parts were in, I dropped my car off on a Tuesday afternoon and picked it up on Friday.
Luc and the office staff were prompt in the entire process, quick to get an estimate, work with the insurance company, order parts and communicate where my car was in the repairs process.
The location is great as well, being close to Enterprise if a rental car is needed. The paint job was great & the car actually looks newer than before! They also noticed and buffed out a scratch unrelated to this incident!

Had some repair work done after my neighbor hit my parked car. The repairs were excellent and the car looks good as new. They even washed the outside and seem to have cleaned up the interior too for free :)

Hit a deer and had significant damage to front corner. ABRA did the estimate, ordered parts, scheduled the repair, and fixed the damage much faster than I expected. They were on top of it. Patrick did a fantastic job communicating the process and keeping me updated. They really go above and beyond to make it a customer-centered process and did quality work.

After receiving a quote from a different auto body shop, I decided to get an an estimate from ABRA. I was thrilled when ABRA’s estimate was substantially less than their competitor’s. Patrick was great to work with. Everything he did gave me confidence that he (and ABRA) had my best interest in mind. In the end the total cost was actually lower than the estimate. I highly recommend ABRA for high quality, competitive cost, and trustworthy service.

I took my car to Abra inKentwood after being hit by a deer. There aren’t enough thank you’s I can give for the service I received. Patrick was so friendly and accommodating and so was the receptionist after having trouble with my car rental reservation. They both called and got things straightened out and even gave me a ride to pick up my rental. They kept me up to date on the progress of my car and the body technicians did fantastic. Thank you Patrick, the receptionists and the body technicians for doing such a great job!!! I will recommend Abra to anyone who needs body work.

Excellent service! All personnel were very professional and friendly. Procedure was explained to me, and all my questions were answered. There was a misunderstanding with our insurance regarding a deductible, and the receptionist called them immediately to get it squared away! Saved us $500 ?? also super quick turnaround for all the damage that needed repairing.
