Have some respect for your community, or is it okay if I go and wake up your wife with a bunch of racket outside her window? Oh, you probably live in a gated community so it wouldn't be possible

Complete disregard for noise ordinance in the early morning which is absolutely disrespectful to your clients neighbors. Maybe think about others, instead of your pocket book and your crew getting an early start to their day

As a neighbor residing in the vicinity, I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a delivery of shingles, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with the service provided. The incident took place this morning in the back alley where a driveway is located, and it left a lasting negative impression on me.To begin with, the delivery crew displayed a complete lack of care when it came to handling their equipment near a beautiful maple tree. Despite having a crane at their disposal, they showed no concern for the tree's well-being and callously broke several large branches in the process of unloading a mere pallet of shingles. It was evident that they made no effort to avoid causing damage.What was even more disheartening was their response when I brought their actions to their attention. I expected some form of accountability or an apology, but instead, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive "so." This level of disregard for their customers, as well as the environment, is simply unacceptable.As a neighbor, I am well aware that the homeowner, who resides at the property where the delivery took place, truly loves and values her trees.The damage inflicted upon the tree cannot be reversed, and it further emphasizes the need for service providers to prioritize responsible actions. Any reputable company should recognize the value of their customers' property, including the trees that contribute to the beauty and environmental well-being of the neighborhood.Given the unprofessional conduct and the unnecessary harm caused to the maple tree, I have decided to leave this negative review. It is my hope that by sharing my experience, both the company and my fellow neighbors will be aware of the lack of care demonstrated by this delivery team.I urge the company to take this incident seriously, address the issue with their staff, and take steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Respect for customers, neighbors, and the environment should always be a priority.In conclusion, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience as a neighbor. It is my sincere hope that improvements will be made to ensure a more professional and responsible approach in the future.(Note: This review is based on an isolated incident and may not reflect the overall quality of the company's services.)

A company worth appreciation. Moving to a new city can be rough, especially when it comes to finding employment. After a week of constant interviews with no luck I applied for a position with ABC Supply co. It only took 1 day to get a response from the company and the interview was set up for the next business day.when I walked into the store the place was well organized and the staff was kind and helpful in directing me to where I needed to be. The interview was one of the best experiences ever. After a thorough breakdown of the history of the company and what my job duties would include I was given an opportunity to share some of my background and experiences. The leadership was understanding and attentive to my needs, and there was no question that ABC Supply Co cares for all of their employees.i just want to say thank you very much for the wonderful experience, and that I am grateful for the opportunity to join this team. I wanted to send a decent sized generator with wheels (4x4x6 feet). I was given a quote (pleasant on the phone, the only reason I'd give it a 1 star). I clearly communicated the exact details (it needed to be secured on a pallet). And for the price savings I decided to bring the product to the Grand Rapids location 90 miles away. When we got there the shipping dock (or whatever you call it) the guy that was going to take it off the truck rejected it immediately because he said it needed to be completely inclosed in a box! Horrible communication between the front office (or wherever) and the people unloading the products to be shipped. I got another quote later in the day kindly explaining the situation and the lady on the phone (really nice) said she would explain the situation to the higher ups with keeping in mind the wasted gas money and 1/2 a day bringing it to GR. We got the new quote and there was NO discount even put into it considering it was a mistake on their end. Poor business practice, go elsewhere. Obviously they are big enough and don't care.

Always enjoy going here. They take trucks on first come first serve. I have never spent more than an hour here.Great friendly staff.
