I’ve followed Sophie through 2 salons and now support her at her own business. She keeps up with modern trends and listens to what you ask. Highly professional and truly a fun person to be around. Currently, she is doing builder gel on me which has no tip or extension on my natural nail and I’m obsessed my nails have never been this healthy and long ever! It’s a technique that isn’t really offered in Grand Rapids salons so I love how modern the technique is. I get so many compliments on my nails.

Sam and Lisa are the absolute BEST! They have changed me from someone who typically never wanted to get their nails done to absolutely falling in love with them. Everyone at the shop is welcoming and the designs are amazing.
Highly recommend the builder gel!

The absolute best nail salon in GR; they are one of the few that offer gel overlays and poly gel builder - and they have grown my natural nails to the longest they've ever been. Gnoc, Sophie, Thai and honestly all of the techs are just wonderful humans and thoroughly skilled. Highly recommend this nail bar.

Love love love City Nail Bar!! Sophie & Tai are the absolute sweetest and very professional!! <3 the salon is very clean and always decorated to match the holidays/season. I found them from their instagram, @citynailbargr and haven’t turned back since. Best nail salon in GR!!!

I had an amazing pedicure with Lisa! All the extras they offer make the price more than worth it. Fun atmosphere but also easy to zone out and relax. Most importantly, very hygienic!

First time going there and I had an appointment with Sophie, all the staff was very welcoming while walking in. Sophie took her time and consideration while doing my nails. The salon is very clean and organized. Will most definitely be coming there next time I need my nails done! ?

Can't say enough amazing things about the salon. I'm coming back regularly for sure. Excellent advice on Nail Care, color choice, maintenance etc. And everyone is friendly chill and plenty of great convo and laughs. So glad I found this place!
