I've used Abby's Printing for a variety of project both personally and professionally. They have always delivered on time with high-quality goods and good service. I've always found them to be faster and more budget-friendly than every other printer in the area.

Mireille did a fantastic job printing a 2ft x 3ft canvas for my best friend's 30th birthday. I called Abby's Printing Wednesday morning and emailed the information, and instead of the estimated completion date of Friday, she finished it that same day! Not only that, she was communicative and personable. I highly recommend supporting this small business.

Went in with a small Laminating job (my Medicare card). Mireille greeted me in a very friendly professional way. Thought this might be too small of a job, but she assured me they do all size jobs. Took ten minutes and I was out the door. Very happy with the customer service I received.

My friends and family are holding a benefit for me and we needed some printing done and we needed it at a good price and Abby's came through but at the price I didn't expect much but to my surprise it was top quality and was done quick. Thank you Maher you have no clue on how you came through.

Some people in this World are so caring and so giving. Some people do things behind the scenes in the name of children and they want no recognition. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants to support a family run business of awesome people who genuinely care about kids and community. I wish there were more people like this.

So me and my mother went into this print shop*to get an estimate on wedding invitations we met Mr Maher. Him and my mom seemed to have know each other for years having a good conversation on the past. I then asked him about getting wedding invitations don he asked all the right questions, How many? I SAID 150 and then he asked will their be RSVP cards I said yes he also asked will I need envelopes I said yes he then quoted me $106 dollars and said he would throw in the envelopes for free. I was very appreciative but I knew he only quoted me that price because he knew my mom he told me to bring template or email it to him he gave me his card and we left.I emailed Mr. Maher the template he never emailed back to say if he received it so I called him advised I had sent template over for the invitations I told him I needed a 150 invitations I worked at bank so me picking them up may be a time constraint being that they closed bit before I get off. However, I asked my mom to pick them up and when she did he had short her 37 invitations saying that I told him I needed 120 invitations now I'm the one getting married why would I tell you that when I know my guest list is a 150 so my mom called me and told me how many we had I called MR Maher to confirm our conversation but a female worker answered the phone and I went to explain to her what was my issue she placed me on speaker phone and Mr Maher got on the phone and begin to yell at me and being very argumentive. Now I didn't call to argue or be rude I was only clarifying our conversation for this miss understanding. I never disrespected him at all he begins to argue with me and say I told him 120 guest and he must be going crazy. I thought wow maybe he realized the price he gave wasn't what he wanted to GIVE and printed out what he thought was worth the price he gave to me in the beginning. He said he had already spoke with my mom and it was being handled and that he would reprint the missing count but then tells my mom he didn't want to do business with me because I was rude, and that wasn't true at all. I merely was calling to correct the mistake and he got on the phone and begin to yell. I'm the one getting married, one would think you would know how many invitations you need. I grew up with these types of people owning liquor stores and they think they can treat people any kind of way and say you're the problem when they are in reality there very argumentive people and blame you for their mistakes. I have worked in customer service for over 15years I would never call to argue about an issue that could be resolved under a simple misunderstanding of communication if you are unsure don't print something plus i sent emails of instructions this print shop is not worth it find another print shop that's more understanding has integrity and don't lie to cover up there mistakes so they can look good especially to your own mother Maher is rude disrespectful and unprofessional don't have any customer service skills at all two stars for fixing the issue anyway although I paid for it never quote someone a price and then cheat them out of the product when paid. Although they did a beautiful job on the invitations the customer service experience was horrible and need some work

Was told they could do my project, never emailed me back. Called multiple times and kept getting pushed off. Call the next morning and the Owner Mark was nothing but RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL. Not a company you should do business with
