My debit card had unauthorized charges resulting in $1,663 wiping out my account in 2 days. I disputed all the fraudulent charges and AAC had sent me a letter saying I will be reimbursed for 6 charges at $46.30 each.I worked with Card Services and mailed my dispute form and highlighted account summary of disputed charges to Grand Rapids and she, not naming who, only chose to forward 6 out of 46 fraudulent charges to the investigation department in Florida.Now, I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).I've been with this credit union since 2012 and they're gonna deny me reimbursement of fraudulent charges.

They deserve zero stars, the employees will contact you over a loan and threaten to get the police after you which is illegal to threat over a debt. Have the email and have emails saying that they are sticking they're dogs after me. Intimidation and threats over a loan from 5 years ago from a vehicle I got from a used dealership that I never remember signing any documents in which they are out of business due to doing many shady deals. Trust me don't bank with AAC.
