AAA pulled through and I was able to get International Drivers Licenses. Member representative Daevon Pettas was patient and amazing. Staying past closing to get everything done for me so I could travel the next day! Above and beyond customer service!

Just spoke with Lisa on the phone who was super helpful, nice, and accommodating - even willing to send local paper maps to me in the mail since I live out of state! Best customer service ever, and such a welcoming, kind person, thank you Lisa!!!!!!!!! :)

This was the worst experience of my life. Amos quoted me $248 day one full coverage for both vehicles. It's been 3 months each month the price rises. I'm at $372 now. He calls . Emails me weekly. Saying he's going to fix it. But never does. I had state farm for 15 yrs. Price never changed. Agent never called me. After my 6 months is up. I'm leaving AAA

Super friendly and fast service without the high-pressure you can sometimes get at other insurance agencies.I recommend getting the "plus" membership, especially if you travel a lot. It costs a bit more, but pays for itself when you use it.

Charles was assigned to tow my car. He arrived in a timely manner and was very polite, professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me and kept a positive attitude and smile the ENTIRE time. We just had nonstop snow for 3 days straight, so I know he’s been very busy these last few days. You couldn’t tell by looking at him. He was in the best of spirits even after having to drive to Kalamazoo, from Grand Rapids to assist me, to help Kalamazoo out. What a blessing!! He was able to show me a feature on my car that the dealership should have showed me. To say Charles was awesome is an understatement. At first, I thought he was from a third party towing agency…when he told me he worked for AAA, it all made since. I’ve never met a tow truck driver with such care and compassion for his customers. He deserves a raise AND a promotion. That was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Many Blessings to you Charles and your lucky family!! I will DEFINITELY be staying with AAA!!!❤️

I went there to get my IDP and I was amazed by the service they provided. The staff was super friendly and considerate. I worked with Angela who was just amazing. Even with them being short staffed another gentleman came around and asked if the customers were being helped.

Angela, Lionel, and the whole team are wonderful every time I come in. There might be cheaper insurance options out there. But, as they say, you get what you pay for.Don't forget to get your AAA membership for roadside assistance with 100 mile towing no matter what insurance you carry.

Twice the price, overcharges, unauthorized bank deductions, forced to buy optional work loss coverage (even tho I’m retired), unending harassment to sign documents already signed, years of non-stop emails meant for another person (still), getting billed for more after I already paid in full weeks ago, and unkept promises to fix errors drove my car to a better insurer at half the price, minus the stress. Also, I was a member for decades with no tickets, and when I gave my son my car, he got quoted a lower price for same coverage, so longevity discounts are bull. See BBB - 1 star - F.
