We fell on hard times and I got a loan on something very valuable to me. They've kept it safe, and worked with me when I was going to be late. Any time I've called they've been friendly and helpful regarding my loan. I appreciate it because I get so shook up if I'm going to be late.

I have been to different Pawn Shops around Grand Rapids, but nothing like this place. I was given top dollar for the things I brought to them, I was never beat down on what I was trying to get. I was given the upmost respect through the whole process. I highly recommend them. If you want a fair deal, this is the place to go.
