Just learned about your take over of popular local eateries around GR and I have to say, I'm so disappointed. I recently visited Noble Restaurant and the experience was utterly terrible. Gordon Food Service ingredients everywhere you look. Nothing made fresh. My omelette could have fit in the palm of my hand it was so small. Not to mention cold and tasteless. The hollandaise sauce was so obviously microwaved prior to being served (you could at least stir it after you pull it out). And to top it all off, we waited for 50 minutes for our food, a table of 4 with only 2 omelettes, a waffle and a classic breakfast. They weren't even busy. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Please stop buying great restaurants and ruining them. We used to love 44th street diner/noble and you ruined that. Now you're ruining real food cafe. And a 3% unannounced surcharge is rediculous. For $1.64 you're willing to lose a long term customer?

Tried to put this in a message so I didn't have to put you on public blast but since your website isn't accepting messages, here goes nothin'...I just left a positive Google review on Red Geranium's page because the service and food we had today were both great. I want to address the 3% surcharge on the receipt. I completely understand rising costs. Pretty sure most people do. However, adding a fee to a receipt that ends up just being an unpleasant surprise when a customer gets their bill is in poor taste. I think it will be detrimental to your waitstaff as well who now has to deal with potential complaints. Our 3% ended up being 90 cents, which isn't much, but it was the principle of how it was sneakily added to the bill that is upsetting. Raise your menu prices 3% so your customers know what the charge will be before their bill comes. Raise it on the menu so your waitstaff who are already scrambling to cover for short staffing, doesn’t have something else to deal with and something negative happening right at the moment a customer is deciding what tip to leave. This is poor business practice. I strongly suggest you rethink this 3% surcharge.

I had THE BEST experience in dealing with this company! I love Rockwell's and had tried a couple other places previous to getting gift cards. I saw the billboard advertisements around the holidays and it seemed like a great deal. I did the buy a $100 gift card, and get $100 in certificates deal. I figured I'd at least spend $100 at Rockwell's anyway since it is close to home, and I can't wait to try the other new places. The first time I had gone out since receiving the card, I had accidentally left it at the table when I left. I called in and it was no where to be found so I assumed someone had snatched it or it accidentally got thrown away. Amanda was AMAZING and was able to track down my account and replace my gift card! She was a lifesaver! I would recommend these restaurants to anyone. Great food and even better customer service!

My husband and I are loyal customers of Pete's Tavern but today was a very big disappointment. We ordered chip and cheese for our meal. When we got them I told the waitress and my husband that they sure aren't like the ones that we had last week. They we very dark to almost burned and not as much flavor. The waitress told us that they were made in house and offered to get us new ones but we told her that if they are made in house than the other ones might be the same way. If that is the case, I think that they better throw out that batch and make new.

All the restaurants have considerably declined. Poor ingredients, un-appetizing food, cheap tricks. I wouldn't eat at one of these brands again, even if someone gave me 5 free $10 Gift Cards. Be wary of 5 star reviews that come from reviewers connected to the company.

Lunch at The Omelette Shoppe or Grand Coney, Happy hour at Rockwell Republic or Sundance Grill, or a famous wet burrito at rhe Beltline Bar... I have not been disappointed yet. Thank you 4gr8food group for your dedication to excellent food and service!
