Makiah was very knowledgeable and efficient and even fixed a problem I’d had with my 3 previous phones that no other Verizon staff member could figure out. He was patient, and very transparent on items where we could save extra money.

My son bought an Iphone phone at this store and they made him a new account instead of transferring his number from TMobile. This caused havoc and he couldn't use his phone for work.After a great deal of heartache my son paid the phone off and Verizon will not unlock the phone saying that he owes the same exact dollar amount that he paid off.This store said we can't do anything and he now has an IPhone 14 plus that might as well be a paperweight.I will change my rating if the store can make this right.
