I was very impressed by how fast all the paperwork was filed after I bought my car. The license plate was transferred and already in the system with the DMV by the next day.The car itself was a good deal and when a small problem was noticed a few days after I bought it, they fixed it immediately.Tim E. The sales person who helped me, was very patient as I was picking my car and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. I will definitely be going back to Sundance next year, when we are planning on replacing our current van and I recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car.

Jess was AMAZING from start to finish! I had my car's engine die on me, I've already sunk a few K into it plus the $600 monthly payments. So needless to say, I was pissed. But Jess came to the rescue! She worked with my budget and kept at it with total honesty until we found the right car for me. I truly couldn't be more happy with how things turned out. If I could give more stars I would!! Jess, thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ !!

Mark Korn was the best salesman. He kept me informed on the process of the long 4 months of waiting for my 2024 Trax to get delivered. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Definitely 5 stars. Everyone was really friendly.

Brad Mrazik at the Certified Used Sundance site in Grand Ledge helped me find 2 cars under my top price. I went in on Thursday with a nearly impossible request and financial situation, and Brad worked to get financing for both cars for me by Saturday afternoon, within my budget! I'm so grateful, and will definitely come back to work with Brad in the future.

I wish there were negative ratings on here! My son purchased his very first car at Sundance a month ago. It was a 2016 Chevy Cruze with under 50,000 miles. He owned it for 27 days and it broke down. He had it towed and found out its going to cost over 3 grand to repair. I contacted Sundance because it was under 30 days and they wouldn't do anything. They offered 15 percent of Labor and parts. When I spoke to the manager I was laughed at and hung up on. This dealership and its practices are absolutely disgusting! Ive contacted an attorney and the BBB

Highly recommend seeing Isaiah Sheerin if you are looking to buy a used vehicle. He found me exactly what I wanted in no time! Went to Sundance in need of a new car, let them know I wanted something reliable for long range driving and my sales rep worked with me excellently on finding a car that worked. After signing onto the car, I was informed the dealership would be putting me on a rental car temporarily as my car required service on the bearings. I was told it would likely be 1-2 days, but it wasn't until 3 days later that I was called to be informed it was ready to come pick up. After picking the car up, I took it for a drive and had various alerts including traction control, stabilitrak and abs all turn on and was temporarily unable to activate cruise control the brakes and rotors were horrible and the dealership had claimed they did an alignment but that was very clearly NOT the case. Took it back to the dealership, and was given a second rental car and was told they would likely have my car back in a service bay that night. In reality my car didn't get back into service until around 4 pm the next day. After going to pick the car back up a second time, we found they still hadn't done anything about the brakes or rotors leaving them potentially unsafe to drive within a few weeks. Signed onto the car almost a week ago now, only took actual possession of it yesterday, and still having issues...would absolutely rate lower if I could.What’s great is, after I had originally posted this review I had received a call during which they said unless I took my review down they wouldn’t provide continued service, according to the sales manager. Kinda illegal!Horrible service as a dealership, the only good part so far has been the excellent service from my sales rep who's been more than willing to assist with the issues I've had with this car.
