I've always got a great vehicle and help from staff when I purchase a vehicle from sundance in grand ledge. If they don't have what you need, they can easily get it or get you something that is comparable. Fair prices and a revolving door of stock. I don't bother going anywhere else, because of relationships that have been built with members of the sales team. I want to say the lot staff also does a great job keeping a safe environment and units on the lots.

Bought two cars from Chris Ferance, both cars were quick and easy. Went through the paperwork procress with in an hour and was able to get the keys. Service on the other was terrible, took over a week to get my car ready.

I have purchased 10 vehicles from Nick Vollman. These purchases have been for a Car Ministry through St Vincent de Paul. Because the vehicles that we need for this Ministry are in short supply it's great to have a sales person that can keep me informed of incoming units. I do not believe there is any place I would have felt as at ease while buying my first car as I felt here in Grand Ledge. The gentleman that assisted me from start to finish was Josh Brown, and I have no doubt that I was dealing with a relatable professional, and would overwhelmingly encourage anyone in the market for a vehicle to seek him out by name. The truth is that during an afternoon I sensed only that every associate I encountered had the single desire to get me (and anyone else that inquired) in a car that i liked and could afford. This dealership takes care of its customers, no stone was left unturned, and I am a happy first-timer that greatly anticipates the next time I have this need again. Don't sleep on these folks! They deserve 10 stars!!!
