“So far I have not been able to use my storage unit because my gate code won't work. I've tried 3 times previously and called Red Dot and wasn't able to get it resolved.......until today! THANK YOU Linsay for taking the time to listen and tell me what the problem has been when no one else could! She provided me with a temp code so that I can use that to start getting things moved from my apt to storage! She took time with the call and talked me through my frustration and definitely left me a better feeling on the situation! :)”
