My car broke a balljoint on the on-ramp to I-96 southbound. Very inconvenient. I called around local garages and Pitchford Automotive was the only garage to give me a starting estimate over the phone. VERY Convenient! They where able to handle all the hassle of the towing of the car to their garge and include it on my finale bill. I was informed by Tracy that they where very busy and would try to squeeze me in when they could. Tracy was very professional and kept me informed and they repaired my ball joint issue ahead of schedule. Very happy with my estimate, repair time, customer service, and my finale bill. This garage helped me out of a bad situation, very satisfied.

Took my truck there for a ground wiring issue told them I have a crossed ground somewhere that shorted my cluster out they said it wasn’t a ground issue and tore all my wiring apart to find it ended up after 2 weeks it was a ground
