Wifes vehicle broke down while I was at work, called them up , didn't charge my card till they picked up the vehicle. The driver was great and put the suv right where I wanted it!! Thanks a bunch!!!

Was told they would be there in 30 minutes then within the hour it was 2 hour wait with an infant. Stated would send text and let me know when they would pick the car up did not receive any communication. It was a horrible experience.

Called 7:15am Sunday morning to schedule a pick up, they offered me an 8:30 to 9:30 window. The driver, Tennessee, arrived right at 8:35am. He was fast and efficient at neatly and securely strapping my SUV onto the wrecker. Very accommodating and an absolute pleasure to talk to while we were being transported 60 miles back to Grand Rapids. Tennessee is an extremely kind and respectable man that clearly takes pride in what he does! I’m beyond satisfied with PJ’s towing, but if you want the best of the best, I’d ask for Tennessee!
