So to start off receiving communication from anyone at this office is nearly impossible. I turned in everything that was needed for my taxes to be done a few weeks before the due date and it was forgotten. After several attempts to get into contact with someone I received a call back we discussed my refund as well as money owed and my payment options. This was all taken care of on the last possible day and all that being said they just did file my paperwork on time and also did not pay the IRS as we had discussed. This has caused me to receive a monetary penalty and again I’ve called and emailed with no reply. So after over a decade using MTM I will not be getting my taxes done here ever again. This used to be a good company not sure what changed.

After years of easy breezy... this year cost me twice as much for 1/10 of the service. So incredibly disappointed. No video, no I person, no calls Just hard to follow email demands. My appt was in January and I found out my tax liability on 4.12

I have been very satisfied with MTM's Tax Service. They are easy to work with and their work is accurate. I was referred to them by my former tax preparer who retired. The cost to have my tax return is reasonable. I highly recommend MTM!
