I stopped going here, but my dad still does because it's his preferred pharmacy. It's annoying they text him all the time he has scripts ready and he drives all the way there, then they don't know what he's talking about. Most of the time he has me call now to save him the drive. This has been years, fix your system

I went today and they were extremely friendly and quick, made sure that my address was correct and that everything else was good. Didn't even take five minutes. Also made sure to connect my mperks account which they did not do at other locations.

Called to ask a question & the woman who answered could not stop talking over me, even after I asked her to stop and allow me to ask my question. I finally hung up because she wouldn't stop talking over me when I was trying to ask a simple question. I'll probably switch my script to somewhere else.

Newly remodeled but still has the caring feeling it always has had from the start. A very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring staff that will almost bend over backwards to help you. A fast pick up time and prices that would break the bank all make for a must go for all your prescription needs.

If I could give a 0 I would EVERY single time I go to this pharmacy or my old Meijer pharmacy they all don’t know how to do their job it’s insane. every time I come there my prescription isn’t ready and I even call and ask if I can come tomorrow and they say yes. And by surprise I get there and they say we don’t have it come tomorrow… don’t say come if it’s not gonna be ready it just doesn’t make sense why it’s so hard literally every time

I love when they move their opening time back by an hour, don’t advertise it anywhere and then employees inside the pharmacy stare at you for ten minutes hoping you miraculously catch on.

Lol. Had a confirmedappointment for a covid booster at 2pm. Filled out a hard copy of the same online questionnaire in person. Got gaslighted. Go to anywhere else so you don't waste your time.

Had to leave for an out of town trip and was on a tight schedule. Called 25 minutes ahead of when I was supposed to stop by and pick up a prescription. I show up and they hadn’t even filled the script nor even started the process. I had to leave because they said it would be another 20+ minutes before the script was filled. Now I’m left without my medication until I get back into town. I would go elsewhere

Very thankful to the 2 pharmacists working tonight who refused to fill my daughters script after realizing the urgent care doctor tried to prescribe her double the dose of antibiotics than what she should have. Had it not been for them who knows what could have come from that! Thankful to have such caring staff in our small town!

Seems like very time I go to pick up my script it's never ready even though the text I get says it is. I had a medication that was part of a nationwide shortage, no one called me from the pharmacy because they just didn't fill the script. I am moving to Walgreens across the street. Meijer pharmacy is not a reliable place to go.

Very disappointing experience today with this pharmacy. Particularly with pharmacist Matt who is I guess doesn't really care if customers come back to meijer. After asking to contact my insurance company to resolve the issue he told me to do it myself and hung up on me. Before that, pharmacy assistant was very rude as well as was not willing to help saying that what they see on the screen will be the answer. Had to call Meijer hotline and store manager to report on this issue. Very disrespectful staff work in this location. Had to call my insurance company to fix this mess.
