My niece just had surgery and I found this florist for her grandmother to send flowers. Hattie was the person who handled the order. She explained that she was new. However, she handled the situation with tact and professionalism. My sister in law ( the grandmother) and I have had nightmares from our experience in ordering flowers so this experience was so easy and pleasant. MacDowels will be on speed dial as a result of Hattie's customer service skills.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a beautiful flower to be delivered from the website but they were unfortunately sold out. They attempted to contact me several times but there was a problem with my phone and email spam folders and I didn’t get the messages until the night the flowers were to be delivered. They were patient and waited until the end of the day to hear back from me but made the executive decision to upgrade my delivery to a more expensive and beautiful alternate flower choice and get it out with the last delivery of the day. I was so grateful for them doing the best thing given the circumstances and would highly recommend for both quality and great service! Thank you!!

I want to thank you for the beautiful arrangement you made for my daughter and boyfriend. I ordered it online and the bouquet was more beautiful than than the picture. Not to mention the adorable stuffed animal and chocolates are not cheap looking! Highly recommend this florist.

Very disappointed with the arrangement I had delivered to my daughter....she sent me a picture The color scheme barely matched what I ordered the roses that were in the arrangement were Bloom to the point that they barely looked like roses, the arrangement has way too much white, when there shouldn't have been any!!! Flowers didn't look fresh ??
