Very pleasant experience. Customer service was friendly and professional. Victor was kind and answered all of my"first-time renter" questions. Storage unit was clean, dry, odor free and easy to access. Can't wait to fill it up with my extra junk!

Vince in Ohio was awesome to deal with. I would not recommend talking to anyone in the call center in Texas. Vince was able to smooth everything over and make it much easier to rent space.

Love this place! All you have to is a price comparison with all the other storage companies in the area. You will quickly see that Grand River Storage is the only choice. Very reasonable rates, combine with great site security.

We have rented a unit from this storage facility for a little over a year. Nothing but good experience the entire time. Convenient online options to pay the storage fee. Fast responses to any questions or concerns! The property is maintained well in all the seasons to allow access to your unit at all times. I would highly recommend this company!
