If I could offer negative stars, I would. There is a manufacturing defect on my 2021 Escape and the door check broke just outside of warranty. This dealership and Ford expected me to get this taken care of instead of attending my grandmother's funeral and offered no goodwill option for me. They gave me the run around both at the dealer and Ford customer care. When I picked up the car, nothing was said to me in greeting or goodbye and the car was just handed to me. Due to the poor experience with the dealership and Ford itself, I will be selling my vehicle and never buying a Ford again because they do not stand behind their vehicles and known issues since this is how they treat a long time loyal A-plan customer. I would not recommend the dealership and I do not recommend any Ford product. I will now be purchasing a Toyota since I know this is something that they would goodwill and they stand behind their products.

Called ahead to inquire about a couple issues and asked about getting an estimate. I was told to come drop the vehicle off for a next-day appointment. Upon arrival, I was THEN told about a $150-per-issue diagnostic fee (so $300 total), which WOULD NOT go towards parts/labor. Needless to say, I left without dropping off my vehicle. Also, I’m not 100% sure who I was speaking with, but whoever they are could use a lesson in customer service as they became quite indignant when I dared to question this process.

I'd give a 0 star for a rating out of 5 if I could. I took my car into this ford dealership to have it diagnosed. I advised Jason that the rpm was going up to 4-5 and staying there and the car was running ruff. After 1 week they told me that the issue was with the timing chain and they would need me to approve them to work on the car for $600 more on top of the inspection cost and repair, I had a family friend call and talk to them. My family friend adv me that they told him that the $600 would be the labor cost, that they had to take apart the car and that this would go towards the repair. I don't know why they gave a man a different answer than me, a young woman. I okayed this even though I had already agreed to pay $159 for a full inspection. I was working with Jason and then Chris was helping assist me, idk what happened to Jason, Chris said they found that the timing chain needed to be replaced, rear shock replacing, leaking front axal and the water pump. Agreed to fix these things and was told that my car would be ready early next week. Today I got a call that they fixed the things wrong with the car but after a test drive the car was still running ruff and asked if this is why I initially brought the car in, adv yes this has been the issue from the start. Chris said to look at fixing this it would be over an additional $1,000 for 10 hrs labor cost and the diagnosis. Adv Chris I took it in initially for this issue to be fixed, asked why this issue wasn't found during the time that they've had my car over a month now. Being charged double for the labor for muptiple jobs being done at the same time is a SCAM. This business is terrible, when you call you're told it could be 3 weeks for repair once they have to car on their lot since they have other cars they still need to work on and get to. How about this? Don't accept more appointments than you can handle if the car is going to be just sitting there. Still dont have a drivable car after over 5 weeks. Oh and they said they threw away my original parts so they cant provide me my parts back, yea we'll see about that. They are money hungry and a very greedy business. I'LL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO THEM AGAIN AND WILL HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE... EVER.

I had the standard oil change, but needed a minor ‘fix’ - my clock wasn’t keeping the right time. My service rep was able to fix that by doing a ‘reset’ in just a couple of minutes. That took care of the problem!Service: Oil change

I'm confused why they would tell me I need a full transmission replacement? I took it for a second opinion at a reputable place specializing in transmissions and they were confused as well. I don't know if they thought I would ask about trade in since their lot was nearly empty and my car has low miles for the year. Also wrote down a wheel bearing as a concern and they didn't note it at all in the inspection. The transmission guy noticed it from a test drive without us mentioning. It felt like they weren't looking at the right car. Could barely explain to me or my husband why the transmission needed replacing, they mumbled about metal shaving and that it must have overheated at some point. Had a drain and fill done on it and no metal shavings detected. Overall, paid $90 for my transmission service rather than the $5,000 they were suggesting for a replacement.

I had a vehicle towed to this shop after experiencing power steering assist failure. I was called by a service advisor the next day explaining the issue was covered under an extended recall/warranty and there would be no charge for the repair. A few days later I received a call from the same advisor stating the parts have arrived however the vehicle is 200 miles out of warranty and the repair would not be covered. I understand the decision comes from Ford, however the advisor should not have made this call until they had confirmation that the repair would be covered.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We thought we would be stranded for a week after having car trouble while passing through Lansing. Morrie's got us in right away and was able to diagnose and fix that same day, even when they had a full schedule. Krista was great in keeping us informed. They did excellent work and cost was under the original estimate. We got back on our way and are so grateful. They certainly earned my recommendation.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Good place. Took my vehicle in for some warranty work, and they did well. Ended up keeping my vehicle longer than they said. But nonetheless, it was all fixed correctly when actually picked up.
