Very friendly staff and super quick service. This was the first time I scheduled service here and I was very impressed. I highly recommend Morrie's Grand Ledge and will definitely return for future services.

Twice I tried to call your dealership and twice no one answered. I had to contact my salesman so that he could setup an appointment for warranty work. They had to order the part for warranty and it has been over two weeks and have yet to hear anything from your service department I gave you a 3 only because of Ben. If he hadn’t been so helpful you would have gotten a 1.

Morries is ALWAYS top notch! From the excellent care for my car, to the snacks and specialty coffees while I wait. I have never had an issue with them and highly recommend them!

This is the first time I have used Morrie's for service, even though I purchased my car from this dealership. I live in another state. Since I was in the area for the holiday, I decided to have my car serviced. It was an effortless process. Mike was my service adviser. He was professional, knowledgeable, and delightful. My car was serviced within the time frame that was promised. As I am in the area every 3-6 months, I will definitely return to have my regular maintenance done by Morrrie's.

Just got my car serviced at Morris’s ford for the first time and was very pleased. Got a lot of work done to the car and Kory did a great job keepin me updated and makin sure everything went smoothly. Will definitely be coming back for my next service?
