Had a great experience with the service at Morrie’s Grand Ledge Ford. Michael assisted me with getting my car checked in and out. He was fast, efficient and friendly. He took the time I needed to understand everything. Very impressed with the service.

5126 Michael Spencer is AWESOME! The service at GL Ford has always been top notch. I usually ignore surveys due to the quantity of them I get (from any business that has my email, I don't mean GL Ford specifically), but I want to praise today's "above and beyond" service. My FOB was randomly not being detected by my Ford Escape, so I randomly could not start the vehicle or unlock it because I also did not know the key code for the keyless entry (the previous owner did not document the password). I also lost my 2nd, backup FOB. I was stressing out, so when it got worse, I went to the dealership as an unscheduled walk-in, I had no appointment. Instead of insisting that I schedule an appointment and wait, Michael went out of his way and fixed all 3 issues for me in about half an hour. He replaced the second backup FOB and reconfigured both, and he reset my keyless entry password. We confirmed everything worked. I was SO relieved! Grand Ledge Ford is the BEST!

If I could offer negative stars, I would. There is a manufacturing defect on my 2021 Escape and the door check broke just outside of warranty. This dealership and Ford expected me to get this taken care of instead of attending my grandmother's funeral and offered no goodwill option for me. They gave me the run around both at the dealer and Ford customer care. When I picked up the car, nothing was said to me in greeting or goodbye and the car was just handed to me. Due to the poor experience with the dealership and Ford itself, I will be selling my vehicle and never buying a Ford again because they do not stand behind their vehicles and known issues since this is how they treat a long time loyal A-plan customer. I would not recommend the dealership and I do not recommend any Ford product. I will now be purchasing a Toyota since I know this is something that they would goodwill and they stand behind their products.
