My vehicle started making a loud clunking noise. I tried to get the vehicle in to my preferred dealer, but they couldn't get it in for a week, with no promise of return by the second week. I called Morrie's. They got my vehicle in the same day, diagnosed the broken shock, and got the vehicle repaired and back to me the next day--complete with a fresh wash! Chris, the service writer, was great about communication. I have found my new preferred dealer!

Oil change, 30,000 mile maintenance, wash and concierge pickup and delivery for a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

This place was trying to rob me blind. Went in with a couple of issues with my Bronco and was told it would be around $4,500 to have fixed. We thought we would get a second opinion and took our Bronco somewhere else. Well short version it wasn’t all what your guys said. We got our Bronco fixed in one day and spent around $400. Our vehicle has never run better. So we will not be coming back to your dealership. Not even for a recall. Will take it to other place.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience. Corey listened to the problems on my Escape, I provided 3 issues.
I said I have a warranty and the information is in the glove box.
I then said I authorized 200, but your top priority is the check engine light.
He understood and addressed the check engine light plus handled contacting the warranty company.
He went above and beyond and didn’t treat me ‘like a female’.
I will return and use them in the future.

My car needed extensive repairs, and Anthony did an outstanding job keeping me informed throughout the process. The loaner car was very helpful. I will use this dealership for all future repairs and maintenance. Great job by your techs on the repair work.
