I needed an oil change and they were able to schedule me an appointment within a couple days. The representative that scheduledme was extremely helpful. I was given a manager discount when they discovered I forgot my coupon. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. I even got a car wash. Good job Morrie GLF. I will be back. ?

I have been working with Ben at Morries Grand Ledge Ford for over a decade. Although it’s over an hour from my house it’s well worth it to do business with a company that is honest and has your back after the sale. Couldn’t be happier on how I have been treated as a customer.

Made an appointment 4 or 5 days in advance on Morrie's own website specifically designating the year and model for the oil change. Showed up to 4 service reps sitting at desks and relatively ignoring me for about 5 minutes before someone helped. They inquired if I wanted the car washed after the service, I said sure.Car got taken back and I went into waiting area. Another 5 minutes pass before another service advisor comes out to tell me they don't have the correct filter for my vehicle because "Ford changed it. We can have it tomorrow." About 13 miles in each direction and I can't make it another time, hence why I made the appointment. Then asked to wait another 5 minutes to have the car brought around.When I pressed advisor again, asking why it asks what vehicle if they don't use that to order or ensure they have the right parts, I got some flippant answer and attitude. No offer to make discount a service. No sincere customer care. Car was brought out, not washed, no oil change and with tech's hand prints all over the sides of the car. Now not only do I have to find somewhere else that will do the oil change, I have to pay for a car wash that sure as heck should have been done at the minimum.All said and done an hour+ of my life driving to Morrie's, waiting, being told excuses, and driving home to not have the service I made the appointment for, but left with a car dirtier than I brought it.And no, nobody reached out, despite your response. I reached out to Lonnie. Quite different. You have my number. Call me.

It was easy to make an appointment that fit into my schedule. The employees were polite and helpful. I waited in the dealership while my car was having the oil changed and the other checks that were being l performed. Comfortable place to wait. I'm not a coffee drinker, but hot coffee is available along with bottled water and there is a basket with snack items for free. The TV was on and there are magazines available. I recommend Morries Ford for all of your car needs - new, pre-owned and service needs.

Now, I could say I was beyond impressed with my experience in buying a vehicle at this dealership. From my initial inquiry about a vehicle and up on meeting Rob Beckwith the experience at Morrie's Ford was outstanding.Rob represents the true meaning of professionalism he went beyond and above to ensure that my experience was great at every turn. I made a appointment for 7:30am. Drove there and was greeted and I explained what I needed done and they then gave me a ride home. Through out the day they stayed in touch with me and was kept aware of extra services that I needed done at no cost. I really appreciate the service I received. This is my first Ford and so far I'm impressed.

If I could offer negative stars, I would. There is a manufacturing defect on my 2021 Escape and the door check broke just outside of warranty. This dealership and Ford expected me to get this taken care of instead of attending my grandmother's funeral and offered no goodwill option for me. They gave me the run around both at the dealer and Ford customer care. When I picked up the car, nothing was said to me in greeting or goodbye and the car was just handed to me. Due to the poor experience with the dealership and Ford itself, I will be selling my vehicle and never buying a Ford again because they do not stand behind their vehicles and known issues since this is how they treat a long time loyal A-plan customer. I would not recommend the dealership and I do not recommend any Ford product. I will now be purchasing a Toyota since I know this is something that they would goodwill and they stand behind their products.

I was able to schedule the service using the Ford ap. The service was completed in a timely manner and with in the quoted time. My car was returned to me cleaned. The Service Rep was great to work with and very professional . My Ford ap provided potential issues to investigate and my vechicle was not compromised and is running efficiently.

This is the 2nd vehicle I've bought from Grand Ledge Ford. Great experience both times. Very fair trade-in and super service. I highly recommend Morrie's Grand Ledge Ford!

Our salesman was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The problem with Grand Ledge Ford is their DOC fee policy. Months earlier I purchased a Ford F150 from Candy Ford using an employee discount. Ford recommends only charging $100 DOC when using an employee discount saving you an additional $160.00. Because of inventory availability I had to go to Grand Ledge Ford to purchase a Bronco and again I used the Ford employee discount. At closing Grand Ledge Ford charged the full $260.00 DOC fee. The sales manager stated it was required by law, which is false and Ford stated the dealers do not have to follow recommender guidelines. So, if you are planning to purchase a Ford using a Ford employee discount purchase it from Candy Ford and save yourself some money.

Took my older F150 in here to get an issue with one of the doors fixed. They were able to take it in within 24 hours of calling them. Had it fixed the next day, and at a cheaper price than other Ford dealers I called. Jason Brown and his team are excellent; this was my first time here, and while I normally do all of the repairs on my truck myself, I will ABSOLUTELY be returning here should something that is beyond my mechanical abilities need to be fixed.

Luke Ejak did a *great* job helping us purchase the electric Mustang Mach-E GT. He listened carefully, and answered our questions. He is polite and courteous. Luke spent good time with us on a nice test drive, explaining and setting up the vehicle (including things like individualized seat settings), and walking us through the menus. He also made certain that financing the vehicle was beneficial and easy. Luke is a subject matter expert and has remained available to us after the sale.

I took my Ford Escape to Morrie's after experiencing a coolant leaking issue for a few weeks. I was able to set up an appointment and bring my car in within 24 hours. Jason and his team took a look at my vehicle, and diagnosed several issues that needed repair. Although I chose not to have the repairs due to the fix costing more than my car is worth, I believe the team did an excellent job in trying their best to help. I will be back in the future should I need help!

Kendall and Ben were great. Purchased basically my Expedition by email but then when I showed up at the dealership to finalize everything, everyone was so great! I will use Morrie's and Ben for any future vehicle purchases!!
