I have never been so pleased purchasing a vehicle before! Wonderful salesman named Ray treated us like royalty when we purchased our F-150 King Ranch. Spent lots of time explaining the workings of the truck, since it was a first time owning a F-150. The staff did a wonderful job washing and detailing it before we drove off! Thank you for a wonderful and professional experience with your dealership!

Took a nieces car in for warranty repair. The intake was a great process, got right in for an appointment. The car was diagnosed and the part was ordered. It came the next morning and was ready by end of the day.
They were the second Ford dealer I called. The first wanted 3x the cost just for the diagnosis and then, without ever looking at the car, insisted their repair would require $2800-$3000 in additional work if the problem was as I was describing. When I got to Morrie’s the service advisor pointed out that work would not be required, and as a matter of fact, this car had already had that work done less than 30k miles ago and it was not required. It was a click on a screen of past vehicle work to easily see that information. (The other dealer had the VIN, so they could have also seen that work had already been completed as well.)
Could do better with communication since I had to initiate calls. Could also update their hours on the Google search.

Courtesy ride was greatly appreciated after finding out the car would have to there overnight. Had a Sync 3 upgrade done as well. Car was ready to go the next morning with a shiny wash.

Within 3 days I was able to find, test drive, and buy my new vehicle. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle go to Morrie’s in Grand Ledge and ask for ShaTon.
ShaTon was very personable and really cared that I got the right vehicle for me! He was not pushy at all but did check in with me to see if he could answer any questions I had or help me better decide which vehicle to choose.
My only downside is there was a delay with the finance manager and me signing my paper, which was no fault of ShaTon. The sales manager Mike made it right and compensated me for my time and patience with them. Overall I would recommend Morrie’s to family & friends on the hunt for a vehicle.

Just picked up my new 2022 Ford Maverick ! Jessica Villanueva, Lindsay Seely and Laura the finance manager were all Awesome! We were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy ! After waiting so long for my order to be completed and arrive from Ford, it was great to be able to go and pick it up under such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Morries, and especially Lindsay, Jessica and Laura. Loving my truck ! Thank you ! Rick and Lisa Bushong.. :-) Update 2024 still taking my truck in for regular service and extremely happy with the Service department and especially Service Advisor Michael Spencer !
