“Absolute saints....all of them!! Way too long of a story for a review, but long story short I left a work power cord in Florida. Landed in Detroit. Arrived to Lansing at 7:58. Got to the store at 8:00 which is when they closed . They were literally shutting off the open sign when I walked up to the doors. I explained what was going on and they stayed open and were able to help me get a charger and saved my life.”

“I love checking out Disc Traders when I have the time. Most of the movies and games are reasonably priced and they have a selection of electronic odds and ends that changes regularly. Most of the workers are seemingly hired for their customer service skills and not their knowledge of systems, games, or movies. But they're always able to look up information in their system. Don't expect a lot of money for trade-ins, maybe 30% or less compared with what they sell similar items for. Also, some of the movies are getting old (some DVDs are turning 30 years old this decade). So check for warping, discoloration, and scratches if you plan on picking up some. But, the Blu-Rays I've gotten from them have been stellar thus far.”

We went in store today and everyone, from start to finish, was amazing and helpful! Even though they were busy, with an hour wait, they were nice and informative and there was no hassle getting his new phone! Thanks all! We will be back! ”
