Good bank overall the one negative I would say is direct deposits take about 2 or 3 business days to be available.

Easily the worst bank I've had to deal with. They list inaccurate hours on their website, stating their lobby is open at 8:30 AM. Multiple times I have shown up at 9 AM to find the doors lock. I will be moving my accounts to a better bank as soon as I'm able to actually get in to withdraw and close my accounts. @$%& this place.

This bank is not recommended for any start up business, young person looking for a mortgage for their first home, self employed contractor or small business. They do not see outside the box, see only black and white, and are still running their banking based on the year 2000. They focus on where they can get the most money out of someone the fastest instead of helping the everyday person in Michigan who has made Michigan what it is. I would never recommend this bank to anyone who wants to do something good for themselves or their family.

Their new web site is ok if you don't mind being randomly locked out of your account. The customer service here has taken a real hit in the last year or two. Once upon a time the tellers knew who I was when I walked in but that's become less frequent with their high turn over which every business seems to suffer from anymore. Recently even the teller I do recognize refuse to acknowledge my state and federal government id. The last time I was in they treated me as if I was stealing my own identity. After producing 2 photo state id's and Department of Homeland Security id they quizzed me on all my personal info followed by something to the effect of I guess its you. Extremely insulting and offensive. I tried to switch to another bank recently but their customer service was just as poor and they didn't offer a service that EF does, which I use often, so for now I'm stuck with them.

Rude people and the ATM is out dated and broke a lot so I highly recommend any other bank and avoid this place at all costs.

The ATM's are outdated and always out of order but I can deal with that and go to QD and use the ATM there but what I will not handle is a rude teller that works there with the black hair that acts like she owns the place. My uncle that lives in Florida sent me a check and the lady asked me how I know the person that sent me the check,took my ID,account card and still wrote my DL # on the back of the check like I was a criminal. My wife tried to cash a Christmas bonus check today and the lady refused to cash it because the doctors handwriting was too sloppy. You make my wife cry and I will no longer do business with this place ever again.
