“Made my first visit here after driving by it for several years. I've always went to an auto repair shop for oil changes but grew tired of making an appointment and waiting in some room with strangers. Went on a snowy day so there was no wait. The service guys couldn't have been any more friendly and competent. They advised me that my oil was real low as not much drained out so that's something for me to stay on top of. There was no pressure to do additional work and nobody tried to sell me anything. I did ask for new wipers and as far as I could tell they seemed to be the same price as the auto parts store and they had the high quality ones I like. Great place, clean, organized and friendly techs. Overall I was completely satisfied and will make this my new place for oil changes, you should do the same.”

“My car broke a balljoint on the on-ramp to I-96 southbound. Very inconvenient. I called around local garages and Pitchford Automotive was the only garage to give me a starting estimate over the phone. VERY Convenient! They where able to handle all the hassle of the towing of the car to their garge and include it on my finale bill. I was informed by Tracy that they where very busy and would try to squeeze me in when they could. Tracy was very professional and kept me informed and they repaired my ball joint issue ahead of schedule. Very happy with my estimate, repair time, customer service, and my finale bill. This garage helped me out of a bad situation, very satisfied.”

If they don't have what you need, they can easily get it or get you something that is comparable. Fair prices and a revolving door of stock. Either or always diagnose and repair the problem in a timely and very professional manner, in the past year I’ve had them fix a rear differential, camshaft/exhaust position sensor, transmission cooler lines and a turbo that had spilled the bearings, always incredibly happy with Sundance as they have very friendly and helpful salesman like Josh Brown and there amazing service department that’s always friendly and ready to help”

“My truck is 9 years old and never been worked on other than oil changes and wheel rotation.
Righters did an inspection on the car and identified several areas of normal wear and tear for a truck with 66,ooo miles on it. They then put in new front wheel brakes and front end balance. The front end no longer sqeals and this was all done on the same day. Righters was very professional and tmely in every thing they did. I got my truck back the same day and I am very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them”
