I called around local garages and Pitchford Automotive was the only garage to give me a starting estimate over the phone. VERY Convenient! They where able to handle all the hassle of the towing of the car to their garge and include it on my finale bill. I was informed by Tracy that they where very busy and would try to squeeze me in when they could. Tracy was very professional and kept me informed and they repaired my ball joint issue ahead of schedule. Very happy with my estimate, repair time, customer service, and my finale bill. Either or always diagnose and repair the problem in a timely and very professional manner, in the past year I’ve had them fix a rear differential, camshaft/exhaust position sensor, transmission cooler lines and a turbo that had spilled the bearings, always incredibly happy with Sundance as they have very friendly and helpful salesman like Josh Brown and there amazing service department that’s always friendly and ready to help”
