We had the muffler so loud the house shook when the car started! They got us in at 10 and had the job finished by1:30. The place was clean the employees were polite and knowledgeable. The car had a funny rattle- they got it in the next day….put it up on the hoist and corrected a loosened heat shield right away. We were very pleased with everything about this job- it’s so nice to keep the business local?

I came in to get my A/C checked and wow these guys are great! The man at the counter explained everything very clearly to me making sure I understood. They took pictures of issues/stress cracks in some other areas of my car. And gave me estimates for the work recommended. They didn’t pressure me into buying anything and truly made me feel safe and understood! I will be coming back for those services.

I have been taking my vehicles here for a few years. The staff is always knowledgeable and courteous. They make it a point to time to talk through options when those in the worst case scenarios come up. I will continue to recommend the location and the staff whom works there.

Dan & his team are phenomenal! They got me in an hour before close for a leaky tire and had me out of there in 20 minutes! Now my tire is in tip top shape. Thanks so much!

The service at Grand Haven Tuffy was great. I would not hesitate to return for car service. The advice for repairs was straightforward, there wasn't any overselling of extra work, the car work was done in the time frame they specified, the shop was clean, and the men at the service counter were knowledgeable and courteous. When I drove off the Tuffy parking lot, my car was repaired and working fine.

I've been here many times! Today was just one of the many ways that they treat you well! It starts with the first phone call, they try to help, with any problems, and to get you in, there are never any hidden, added charges, they are completely upfront on what to expect, and what they found, or, did not find on your car! You'll be doing the right thing when you make the appointment, you will be safe, when you leave, the price is usually less, than you think, as well! They help you feel like you are in control, of your car maintenance, with them! Just very fair, honest, and friendly, now what more could you ask for!

As someone who knows little about cars I was a little intimidated about going into an actual auto shop. However, I found my recent visit with Tuffys to be exceptional!! I had run into an issue with my car right before work so I went to the Walmart Autocare center. They could not assist me with the issue any further and referred me to Tuffys. I was told by them and others that Tuffys would probably overcharge me for the service I needed. I walked into Tuffys and they seemed quite busy for the day, but they squeezed me in on the spot anyway. They did a full inspection of my car at no cost and also helped with with the issue for no additional cost!!!...Their customer service was phenomenal and I am extremely grateful for their help. The person running the front desk, who I believe was Jose, even went over the inspection summary with me and updated me on the condition of my car. As someone who knows little about cars I really appreciated the time they took to help me out and explain to me what the issue was, how they fixed it, and how my car was running. This was the first time anyone has looked at my car in detail to make sure everything was running good and in good condition. For any future car needs I will definitely be going to Tuffys because I know they will take good care of my car.For anyone considering Tuffys I would 100% make that appointment with them. You can't beat their phenomenal customer service and high quality/detailed work.
