“He is a reasonable man, I went through shoulder replacement surgery and forgot to pay my rental bill! I remembered the day after it was due, and i hurried up and wrote a check, and I called him right away and explained the situation that I had just went through surgery and couldn't drive and let him know that I was trying to get my brother in law to drop it off and he said not to worry and he asked me if I needed any help doing anything! I didn't have him help me, but I thought him to be a really nice and genuine person. Thank you”
