Cam is fantastic!! Thoroughly went over our bikes and out the back into perfect working order! But the best part was his friendliness, politeness and professionalism. Helped us load them on our bike rack. We appreciate genuine customer service these days!!

I purchased an electric bike from them a couple years ago. Had a issue last year and an issue this year they stood behind it, they made it right and wouldn't let me have my bike back until it was 100% fixed this time. Very hard to diagnose and they found the issue and fix it for me and I am so grateful for their persistence and their customer service

I stopped in with a minor mechanical issue and the young guy that helped me was wonderful. Large inventory as well, I would definitely return on my next trip.

Had a issue with a tire. Took it in today around 330 and they told me to come back in 1hr. Found out I had a bad tire so I bought a new tire and they did a few other things to my bike. Very fast and a great deal. I didn't think I'd get my bike back so quick!! Will go back and I recommend this place to all.

Rock n Road are amazing. I have bought both my XTC and Stance from them. I took my boys bike to them vs the shop I got it from for a shifter change as I get amazing service and a better vibe from Rock n Road vs the other place. I took my XTC in to have it converted to drop bar setup and during their inspection before putting the new parts on they found a very small crack. They worked with Giant and had an awesome new color frame the following week. I recommend everyone I know that talks about getting a bike to them, I have never had a bad experience with them. Attached is a pic of the XTC after the new frame should up and they assembled it in lighting speed haha. Amazing turn around time.

Phil did an awesome job fixing up three old bikes for us! He expertly walked us through all the repairs that needed to be made on the spot, and he got the work done efficiently and for a great price. These bikes were sitting in the basement for years collecting dust, and now they are a joy to ride!
