Did do a good job on bugs and left my tires dirty I probably wouldn't go back to this car was wasn't satisfied for the money I spent vacuums didn't work well either I live in a very sandy place and won't pick up the sand out of my car

Nice place, but I had damage twice, on my 2000 Red Pacecar Monte Carlo. The second and last time I had damage,the big wheel with pieces of cloth came and slammed into the right side of my car and put a good size dent and the door would not open. They said that corporate people looked at the video, and did not see anything happen!! Well I’m not Imagining it! For 24 years I have kept this car in really good condition, they would not fix it and kept my 34.99, I have been a member since 2021. Some day it’s going to happen to you! To bad you lost a customer.

I will be canceling my membership. I have never seen a business that is so consistently shut down and has things broken. Today I go through and I pay for the most expensive car wash, but none of the stuff for that car wash is working… So I might as well be paying for the cheapest. Then, they have a bunch of teenagers who don’t give a crap and don’t know what they’re doing. I was the next person in line, and of course their gates are broken to let you in… So they let several cars in through one lane while I was the next person and waited to watch all these cars and then they finally let me through. When I was entering the car wash and saw things were broken and not working, I was trying to get an attendant and he just stood inside the window and waved. So I put my car in park so the car wash would shut down and he would have to come out and talk to me. Then admitted all the things that were broken and said it’s not maintenance, and I can cancel my membership anytime. I asked why they let several cars through when I was the next person in line, and he said that’s not our fault either, the gate is broken and it wasn’t responding. How amazing that nothing is their fault! If you read the Facebook informed group for grand Haven, you will see on repeat how many people have their cars damaged from this facility and they will not stand behind the damage they cause. Avoid this place like the plague!

Car was washed with no left over streaks, but what l really like is the free vacuum system. I had major dog fir in my car and the strong vacuum got most of it out and it was so easy to use.

Always does a great job on my vehicle!! Although, sometimes as you're going through wash the track stops! It happens off and on. So maybe the track need's to be worked on. But overall, great carwash!!

Staff are all very helpful and friendly…recommend a membership if you plan to go more then 2 times a month as it’s about the same price.

Car wash wasn't very good. Left dirt on the truck body and windows. Not really a very good place to clean a very dirty F150 truck. Guess home cleaning is best for really dirty vehicles

As of 8/9/24 you can buy 3 "works " washes and get one free at the old price $20 each, plus get a free detail kit due to a promotion in collaboration with Tommy's auto wash. Oh, don't forget their free unlimited vacuums.
