I drove almost 2 hours to find the Jeep I was looking for at Preferred CDJR. Andy was waiting outside for me and already had it pulled up and ready for me to drive.
Despite thinking my appointment was with his brother, another customer needing his attention as well, and a misplaced key, my appointment went pretty quickly and smoothly. Everyone there went out of their way to take good care of me and my son. They applied every discount possible and were much easier to deal with than other dealerships.
The whole staff was personable and kind. They even sent a driver to my house the next day to pick up something I had not brought to the appointment. A week later, special arrangements were made for me locally for the final touch on my Jeep.
I think it is worth the drive for me to continue shopping at Preferred CDJR in the future.

Some of the worst service I've had. Not once have they ever returned my phone calls always had to reach out. Will tell you the vehicle will be ready by a certain day then take another 2 weeks. They will charge you for parts they said were 'fine' the first time when in fact they were faulty the first time around as well. Service is TOP GRADE BullS
