I bought a Buick Enclave from Johnny, super guy, about a week later I contacted him about the collar part on the shifter being missing and the tire monitor light.He did say take it in, but I didn't right away, my bad.But I did take the vehicle in to the GR Toyota, they want over $900 to replace, I went there because they are closer to where I live.Not under warranty.I called Preferred and wound up leaving a message for Ryan Speck since Johnny is no longer there.A week later, I left 2 more messages.He finally called back and I explained to him what was going on, he reminded me several times that it was 4 months later and yes, I can do the math, he said that I should have brought it to there attention.But I did.He said they are not going to pay for it.I guess if this is the way you work with past customers that have problems.Dear Ryan, you really don't need to be so rude and treat past customers the way you treated me, it's not professional.Will I recommend you, I think not.Laura
