I went to get oil change today, knowing my vehicle had 11% remaining on current oil life, also knew that my rear tires were needing air topped off ( have tmps) and finally knew my rear driving light was not working. They said I had NO oil on my dip stick, impossible, also I observed that they only put air on driver side tires, rear passenger tire was still needing to be topped off, finally they go thru light check and said all was fine. When I questioned them on my tire, they said oh you must have a leak! Told them to add air and wow it worked. Bottom line it is obvious these guys do not care about they are doing. I WILL never use again. You have been warned!

Make sure that if a Vehicle has a skid plate and you remove the screws that you put all of them back in, this can be very dangerous especially driving on the road for other vehicles, there is no reason my bran new vehicle should be missing 5 screws from the skid plate after an oil change, I will not be returning.

Wow!!! We had oil issues that turned into major issues and the team worked so well together to explain what was going on and who to call to tow and get her car serviced. They were on the phone with GM and problem solved like no other!!! I’ve done service with them before and they are so good to educate and take good care of my vehicles. I told my mother in law let’s see them and they came through with flying colors! High quality men who care and go above and beyond!!! God bless!

Never went there asked for price for oil change said he would have to take a look at it and bring it in a bit scammy2019 Chevy Silverado pretty commonSaid he has customers to attend to and didn’t have time to talkNot even 1 min on the phone yikes !

Great location and fair prices. The guys do a good job I hope, but with the smell of weed that comes out I am not 100% sure of it.

Great place to go for a quick and efficient oil change. It takes 10-15 minutes and no appointments you just pull in and go. Prices are good and you won’t get the salesman routine. Just a genuine helpful place to service your vehicle

Touch of class is exactly what I would say about my experience here! I’m so used to having to wait in a waiting room for 40 minutes to get my oil changed and then the guys trying to sell you this or that. But here I pulled up, didn’t even have to get out of my car and the guys got right to work, everyone was super friendly and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Never going anywhere else again thank you guys!

I’m never going anywhere else for an oil change again. The guys were so helpful and didn’t try to oversell us at all. They changed my oil, put in a new filter and replaced my windshield wipers- all within just a few minutes. Super fast and to the point. And even with all of that done, the cost was less than just an oil change at the place I was going to before. Thanks to the guys at Pennzoil Grand Haven, you have new customers :)

My son went there for an oil change and in the process they found a coolant leak. It had nothing to do with the oil change but they showed it to him and helped trouble shoot it and helped him get it to where he could drive to my house safely. They called ahead to the parts store for us so when we got there all we had to say was Brad from the oil change place called and they had all the parts ready for us. Way above and beyond and very much appreciated

These guys removed my old oil, never put the plug in, and never added new oil. They did all the other checks, took payment and sent me on my way. My Truck shut off 15 feet from the garage door and they asked me to back the truck back In so they could add oil.Didn't even give me a free oil change after nearly causing my engine to ss
