Lee and Birch is a cute and trendy boutique. However, their customer service could use some work. I recently purchased a item that broke before getting used. Living out of town I thought I could just return the item when I came back for another visit. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case they wouldn’t return my money or replace the broken item. So sad that they don’t stand behind their retail. I won’t return, or add them to my air bnb list of shopping recommendations.

So grateful to have a local boutique like this. Moving from downtown Chicago and saying goodbye to every trendy shop imaginable was a change. Not having to drive to Grand Rapids or order off line is great since Lee and Birch is right here. Fabulous brands, great sales, kind friendly staff! Thank you thank you:)!

In this crazy time. I needed a birthday present. Lee & Birch GH and Facebook Messenger made it happen. Sizes and picks were perfect !!! Picked up at GH store charged my credit card over phone .
