“I want to preface this post first by saying that I am a very picky and percuiliar person. I had swapped my faulty box for a new one the day before and when getting home I learned that the remote supplied are now different. After struggling to adjust to the new remote, by the end of the night I could not stand it anymore. I went back to the store today and was greeted by the very same nice man who greeted me the day before, Christopher. I explained my very unorthadox and understandably silly issue and asked if it was possible to get back the same remote I had turned in the day prior. Christopher had explained to me that they actually send out the returns on a regular basis but he would check.Christopher then went back to check, he came out once to confirm the style of remote and then he went back and pulled every remote of that style out of the bin. We then went through them to make sure we got the exact one I had brought back the day before. Such a silly request but he treated it as important as any other issue and made sure to give me his A game.Christopher was very nice and easy to work with, I would recommend him to anyone.”
