Most unprofessional bank I have experienced. I was mocked and insulted when I didn’t understand the different charges on my card which lead to my frustration and me exchanging insulting words back. Huntington has been the best bank I have been with and this one experience I had ruined it.

Justin is a horrible person and needs to lose his job. He gave incorrect information and seemed like he took personal satisfaction in the fact that I couldn’t take my money out - they were holding hostage. There was a hold on a check, and he thought it was ok to hold all money’s in all my account’s. Justin learned very quickly he’s a powerless little man who doesn’t have the control he thinks. After a call to the corporate line I went back to the branch and pulled my money. Little Justin had the audacity to tell me not to come to “his branch”branch”. Dude, you probably make 40k a year, nothing in that bank is yours and you’re highly replaceable. For that reason I will make sure I walk into that branch every time so he canbe reminded he has zero power. . ?

These people truly 'spoil' you. Very friendly and professional. An enjoyable stop along my way. If they don't know the answer to something, they will find it.

Honestly love Huntington. Have had them for many years. But this branch is terrible. Trying to make an appointment to open a joint account is basically impossible when they never answer their phone. I called 4 days in advance of the day I wanted to come in with my husband because I took time off work to do it and since they can’t answer the phone until the day before I can’t get in when we both have the time.He wanted to switch everything to Chase and maybe that is the option we should choose instead.

Called 3 separate times no answer, was sent to a voice recording. On fourth call someone(Male) finally picked up, rude as all hell, said I didn’t need to keep calling. I highly doubt you are that busy on a Saturday morning to send someone to voice mail 3 times! I used to like this bank because of Justin (Manager I believe) He always treated me with the most respect, but today I’m disappointed with how I was spoken to over the phone. Going to be taking my business else where.

I went to a deposit an estate check because my parents passed away and the gentleman in the bank had the audacity to ask me how I got the money. I had just buried my mother. I was super offended.

Friendly, but poor customer service. They do not answer their phones at this branch and they do not return calls if you leave a message. Very disappointed with the level of service.

I used the atm machine and it has a maximum cash amount of 40 bills thought that might be useful information.
