“I love F45! The coaches, the atmosphere, the training…all great! I started training here 3 weeks ago for a challenge and am already feeling so much stronger. I have always been a runner but wanted to try some strength training. The mix of strength and cardio days keeps it fun and different. One thing that I was really interested in was getting help from the coaches on technique. I feel really comfortable training here because the coaches Paul, Austin and Nick are awesome and really helpful with correct form and technique to prevent injuries. Highly recommend!”
