Our car was hit by a Deer on Lincoln St. it took out the passenger headlamp, buckled the front fender, and both doors. Headlamp replaced, fender repaired, both doors were replaced. They did a fantastic job and the car looks great. Thanks for your attention to detail.

This is the first time I have ever had to have body work done. I was in an accident back in December 2022 (someone ran a stop sign). I had front end damage. 2012 Black Toyota Camry. The whole process was so easy. Beth, who is their office and claims employee is AMAZING. We had it scheduled for me to drop it off on a Monday, she told me I should anticipate them having it all week. And like clockwork, the following Friday at 2:00 p.m. they were calling me letting me know it was ready. My front end looked amazing and they washed my car, when I got inside it, I realized they also did some detail work too. They definitely vacuumed the floors and wiped all the dust off the surfaces. Above and beyond. Hope I never get in an accident again, but if I do, I’m coming here again, and I would recommend this place to others as well. This type of stuff makes me very anxious and I am happy to have a positive experience/reinforcement.

I had some work done there. Took forever, and it was never right. The door is still sitting all caddy-wompus, it doesn't open without catching the panel on the inside, and when I brought it up to the people who work there, they said "aww don't worry about it, it's just got to settle and it will be fine". They basically refused to fix what they were supposed to fix in the first place. Earlier today that same door that has been an ongoing problem, the panel got caught and ripped right off and detached the cables that the door handle utilizes. Now it won't open at all from the inside or the outside.I'd like to leave negative stars tbh. I guess if you have real money to spend maybe they actually give a hoot about the work... about your vehicle...about you and what you have to say. If you are being covered by insurance, find a different place.You can tell from the photos how much space there is when there is not supposed to be any. I'm pretty sure the door gasket doesn't even seal properly, so there's always a draft while I am driving.No thumbs up.Zero stars. Negative 5 stars.Avoid at all costs, or it's going to cost you.

I had a rear end crash with my beautiful Honda CRV and Fritz Auto did a wonderful job! Beth and Dave were easy to work with and my car was not only brought back to it's original glory but vacuumed and spotless! All was done in a timely fashion and their communication was exceptional.
