Woke up with a low tire, but was able to drive it. They were able remove the screw in tire and plug it quickly for a fair price. Would recommend!

I called in to scheduled an all tire wheel alignment and was told the price would be $125.00. I set up the appointment and dropped the car off.
When I picked the car up I was told they could not align my rear tires at all and they were able to only do the front. They stated my car's make and model did not allow camber adjustments and could not be upgraded to allow alignments in the rear.
I was then shocked to be told the price was now $175.00.
I paid and decided never to visit this establishment again.
When I left I noticed my car had a terrible pull to the left and the steering wheel was not centered and was off by about 40 degrees. Horrible results.
I installed adjustable rear control arms myself for $78.00.
Upon further research, I found a respectable wheel alignment shop that was able to have all 4 wheels aligned for only $100.00.
My car is perfectly aligned and drives straight as an arrow with a perfectly centered steering wheel. All for only $3.00 more than the partial, botched-up job that was performed at Floyd's Tire & Auto Repair.

I'm very particular about who works on my vehicles simply because of the trust factor. While I live in Ferrysburg, I generally take my vehicles to a long-time mechanic in Grand Rapids when I am able. Went to Floyd's for the first time and had an experience similar to many who have written here. They seemed to have the necessary knowledge and professionalism required for the work I needed. I coordinated with Kyle and he was very accommodating and helpful. I have no question that what they recommended was what was required to complete the work. I can see going to them again in the future.
