I have used these guys 4 times now with multiple different vehicles. My father sent in his BMW and had some concerns that needed to be fixed. He paid over 500 dollars for the repairs and he had gotten the car back with more lights on the dash than it had when he brought it. A week later I sent my VW in for and alignment got quoted for 150 something dollars. Ended up having to pay around 170 and it didn't even take me a mile down the road before it realized it wasn't even closed to right and they had rotated a tire with a nail in it to a front steer tire. Took it back and showed up right at 7 and waited almost an hour for Mike to show up. I Explained everything and he said he would take care of it. That was fixed. Now I just recently took another VW in to get serviced for a boost leak and spent another 150 dollars for a diagnose. Mike told me no boost leak and it needed plugs and coils. I bought high performance plugs and coils still nothing. Decided id take it into my own matters and it took me not more than 30 seconds to look under the car and see it had a MASSIVE boost leak with oil all on the underside of the car. Makes me think the car was never even looked at in the first place. They have let me down 3 times now and I will never go back again. They charge dealership rates yet have screwed up the last 3 out of the 4 times I've gone there.

They did a really great job with my LR4. The timing chains went out and required a significant repair. They may not be the most affordable option, but they did good work. And I would trust them over anyone else in the area. When we ran into a few hiccups after the repair they immediately took action and picked up the vehicle and returned it to me. My LR4 has helped create some really fond memories for myself with family and friends and I look forward to *hopefully* many more years with it. Thank you!

Hate to rate this place down, because i was hoping to find a new place to work on my cars. But I needed some extensive routine maintenance service on one vehicle, called to get an estimate on the work and after two weeks did not get a call back. So I called again and was told that "he" had the request on his desk and would call. After two MORE weeks I tried again. No call back. TWO MORE weeks, and this time I visited in person. Same response (Its on his desk...he'll call you...) and after two MORE weeks I went ahead and had the work done elsewhere. They may have a great staff, and for current customers they may provide good service...but as a new potential customer, this experience is pretty disappointing. Its too bad, as I had high hopes...

Wonderful service and great communication from Mike and team, who diagnosed and serviced an older Porsche Cayenne for us. Not an easy fix, but Mike did it; he is truly the "Porsche Whisperer"!

Mike and his team at EuroAsian were able to service and repair my BMW in record time. My car had accrued a lengthy list of overdue routine maintenance and repairs over the years and Mike was able to go from inspection to road worthy within a week. My ride feels like it did 10 years ago! Don’t let your import suffer from neglect and take it to Mike right away! Fast, thorough, friendly. I am not typically someone to leave a public review; however, the service(s) that I have received from Mike at EuroAsian Auto Care surpassed any expectations I had. I have been to and seen by MANY auto care centers and mechanics in the surrounding area and—truly—none come close to the high-caliber craftsmanship, expedited service, personable and professional communication, beyond reasonable pricing, and transparency that both Mike and his shop colleagues uphold. My family and I have immediately found our "go to" shop and mechanic. I always used to bring my cars to Honda dealerships, but after my great experience at Mike’s shop I’ll be getting them serviced here from now on. They’re so nice, honest and priced fairly. I brought my smart car in about 2 weeks ago and plugged a diagnostic reader in before I brought it in. There were two codes that came up. When I brought it in, they told me what the problem was and how much it would be to do a full repair. The estimate they gave me was $120 LOWER than what it ended up costing. The problem was that the ignition coils and spark plugs were soaked in oil. When I got my car back, the check engine light was off for two days before it came back on. I decided to check my oil level because it felt like that could be the problem. After the problem had to do with oil somewhere where it should not be, the people at EuroAsian did not think to put more oil in my car or even let me know that I need to put more oil in my car. I checked the diagnostics and one of the same codes from when I brought it in just a few days earlier was still there. Soon after, my car would not move from neutral into drive or reverse. I got it towed to EuroAsian and they told me they would look at it the next day, which was Friday. I did not hear anything from them until Monday, leaving me without a car the whole weekend and without an update. When they finally got back to me, they told me what was wrong and gave me another estimate. I got my car back the next day and when I went to pay, they underestimated AGAIN, this time by $180. I am not the kind of person who would slander a small business, but as a young woman I feel the company purposefully took advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding cars and repairs. EuroAsian Auto Care was amazing! They were friendly and super fast!!! I had my car looked at by 2 other places Lakeshore Automotive (where I bought the car) and another place and no one could figure out what was wrong but EuroAsian did and very fast! Love this place! Definitely recommend EuroAsian! Will be going back in the future!

Took my recently purchased FJ in for some much needed service. Many lights lit on the dash, cruise control, ABS, and traction control all not functioning, a late clunking sound up front as I went over any small bump, and engine was clearly struggling a bit. (Loud, and on the highway always felt to be straining, too easily jumping into overdrive). Kyle the tech was excellent, listened to my descriptions of my issues and told me, “we’ve seen that before…” He swiftly found all the issues, including a quite serious and hidden one, and all repairs were completed in just over a day. (I believe a part had to be ordered which took the extra few hours). They were very friendly, and highly expert. Completely jazzed on the outcome. My rig now drives like a new vehicle. This has been the best interaction with a garage I have ever had to date, and will definitely go back to them when I need any kind of work or maintenance done. Outstanding. I reached out to Mike after my 2013 Subaru Forester had a head gasket issue and required an extensive repair. He was very responsive, quoted a competitive price, and best of all was able to get my vehicle back to me several weeks earlier than the other garages that I had reached out to which was much appreciated.
