Usually I don’t have problems with them but this last time I rented a car my deposit still have yet to be returned to me it’s going on over two weeks and I have called them over 5 times to no avail

rented a vehicle and the one I was waited for was returned then was informed that the customer wanted to rent it again and i was denied that vehicle.

After reserving online and driving an hour out of my way in a motorhome I was told they didn’t have any cars…..No phone call or email to let me know. I called the customer service line and was told the manager or owner of that location would give me a call to help resolve the situation.Update- I never received a call, I also emailed as instructed in the response to this review, no response via email either.

Reserved a car online two weeks in a row only to be called both times and told there wasn't a car available on the day I was supposed to pick it up. I suggest calling to verify they will have a car available for you.

I was upset due to a problem with Ford. Ford was supposed to make a reservation for a car. Ford screwed up but the Enterprise rep. treated me perfectly and diffused my anger. She put me in another vehicle in a pleasant manner and made the entire problem much easier. Her name was Dysia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) you're a rockstar!!!

So I made my arrangements, and I came down to pay for the truck A-day in advance. , and then they inform me oh, well, you have a debit card so we can't rent to you."Oh. ? You Didn't say that on the phone before i drove 15 miles to the location i always use , Also this is a debit card and a Mastercard both It's administered by Mastercard through my bank.theres a $15,000 capacity on it. "Yes but it says the word Debit on it so we can't take it. You can't rent the truck at all .( so I could bring any pretty close to maxed out credit card. , which you would probably collect nothing on other than the deposit Which is three hundred dollars smh)"What are my alternatives?"There aren't any ."This was not the rule when I rented a truck last year...."Yes it was."Oh. Then how did I rent from you? "Unanswered.Summary; after using this location for ...(?) 20 years? Their stance is Tuffsh!t not our problem f.u. no longer recommended.

Tyler and crew took very good care of me at this location. It was cold, it was snowy, and the wind was whipping but Tyler came out to the rental car and showed me all the features. I will definitely return to this location when I need to rent another vehicle.

The customer service at the Grand Haven Enterprise location was exceptional. It's difficult to find many places that provides excellent customer service these days. But, this place has it. Each and every representative, (we worked directly with AJ and Paul) was helpful, polite, and friendly. And their follow-though and follow-up were second to none. Even the other representatives who were there, whose names we don't know, were exceptionally pleasant. We'll definitely be using Grand Haven Enterprise Car Rental whenever we need a car.

Every time I rented a vehicle. They no longer have it available and give it to someone else. Then they try to rent me a smaller non premium vehicle. This was done more than a few times. I was told oh no we don't do that. Then the lady was un professional and started yelling at me over the phone.

I called on a Wednesday. Tried to rent for three days. Could only speak to corporate phone system. This office will not drop off a car. Okay, i can walk from the marina in downtown Grand Haven. Wait! Cant rent for three days, that puts us to Saturday and no drop offs on Saturdays. Okay, ill drop off on Friday...no, you have to rent for a minimum of three days so you'd be dropping off on Monday, pay for 6 days. (Wed to Monday). I hung up.
