My mom’s vehicle was badly damaged in an accident and my sister and I both needed to be involved with the process to fix it with insurance and then with City Auto on behalf of our mom. I talked with Scott first and then Brandt was in close communication with my sister, myself and my mom to keep us all in the loop and he was incredibly kind and patient and went above and beyond all expectations of excellence to not only make sure the car was fixed right and safe for our mom but billed the insurance directly and even had the seat cleaned where grease had gotten on it between the towing and the insurance companies impound lot. Well amazing. They rocked on my Ford F150 thought I would have to get a new bumper but the aftermarket one saved a lot of work. They told they were sending it to powder coat with it did. What a blessing. You will see in the pictures. I had to wait another week no big deal. So I picked my Truck up. Blew me away. They cleaned the inside of my truck. They got my business. I thank you to ALL at City Auto Body. 5 stars not enough. Rocked it is all I can say. Thank you.

In the good side the processing and the times to do the repairs in my car were good. In the dark side, the work itself is barely OK, I found paint dripping, and the pain scratches very, very easily. I'm not even sure they put a single layer of clear coat. The lower lip from the front bumper it was missing by the time I got the car back, they put it back a day later. Red sport car that shows flaws, Me an older guy who knows how to polish car.

Very poor customer service. I would not recommend City Auto Body. Not only was scheduled date for repair incorrectly given but no one called to let me know when car was ready for pick up. I had to cancel pick up due to storm & informed them I would be there on Monday. When I got there to pick my vehicle up, I found it in the unplowed parking lot covered with ice & snow. It took me an hour to dig out in frigid temps. Now what bothers me is they knew I was picking it up that day & I am a woman. They also have to expect that a customer would want to inspect the job done before leaving. Pretty disappointing!

I dropped my truck off 1/4/24 a.m. Thurs. to get my brakes looked at to see what needs to be done to them. I was told the truck would be looked at that day and be called with what needed to be done that evening.5:00ish, I got a call and a SORRY that they did not get to look at the truck. I told him I needed my truck back Friday evening. He said, that should not be a problem.1/5/24 Fri. 2:15p.m. I get a call saying I need new rear brakes and they were having a hard time getting emergency brake unseiized. I said forget fixing the emergency brake. I need my truck back for work Sat He said he would call me back at 5:00.I called him at 5:18ish, no answer but I, left a message. He called me back immediately and said SORRY but the truck cannot get done b)c he order two left brake adjusters....and there was nothing he could do He said the truck will be done 1/8/24 a.m. Great!! I asked about a complimentary rental, since the 2 mistakes were on City Auto, he said no he cannot do that.....1/8/24 Mon. 11:15a.m. called said my truck was done. I asked to pay over the phone, so I could pick up my truck after hours... I asked him and the secretary to put my receipt and truck keys in my truck.Evening, I went to pick up my truck.....no keys or receipt. I was piss.I/9/24 Tues. afternoon called City Auto,asking about my keys and receipt. Well, I got my receipt and keys returned to me with a note SORRY.How many times should a company say SORRY before they do something to compensate the inconvenience of the customer? Ridiculous!!!

Did work to my gt500 after I bought it from a dealership that lied to me. They did an amazing job priced very fair. Cannot recommend this place enough to do your body work. Made my car look like it was fresh of the show room floor.

Repairs to our 22 Honda Pilot were done flawlessly and on time. While it took a little time to get the spare parts in (due to no fault of City Auto Body), the repairs were done per original manufacturers specs.Services: Painting

Was getting a second estimate on car damage and it was higher than first one but not by much. They did have part's and prices for thing's that were not part of damage though. Was that because I'm a woman or trying to get more out of my insurance company??

Great staff and customer service!Brent the co-owner is super friendly and he gave me a ride to work as I didn’t have a ride.I had my headlights replaced on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and they turn it around in the same day. Overall great service will definitely recommend this place.Service: Body & Trim
