When I started, the classes were tough but everyone was very encouraging and the staff worked with me to find modifications that met me where I was at with my fitness.Over the years I have improved in leaps and bounds with my strength, flexibility, and range of motion.The class community is very strong as well, members and staff are all friendly and supportive of one another!I hope you take an opportunity try a class out!”
